AVA Fire & Security are an electronic security installation and maintenance specialist. They specialise in the design of digital CCTV systems, install fire and smoke alarms, monitor security alarms and access control equipment.
As the company started to grow, the Directors and the engineers were spending less & less time in the office. This in turn led to missed business opportunities from potential new clients ringing in with enquiries, only to be greeting with a voicemail message instead of a friendly, helpful person.
